PILGRIMAGE TO BRAZIL

ITINERARY

Day 1 

Arrival at Iguazu. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. (Without dinner)

Day 2 

Breakfast. Wander along numerous cascades located in the heart of the jungle on the Argentinian side: the Devil's Throat, Bosetti, Two Sisters, Saint Martin, Brotherhood, among others. Dinner in the hotel. Overnight. 

Day 3

After breakfast visit the Iguazu waterfalls on the Brazilian side. Admire this miracle of nature lying on the border of three countries in the middle of the jungle. Holy Mass. Evening flight to Sao Paulo. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation. 

Day 4

Breakfast. Short tour of Sao Paulo: city center, Cathedral. Travel to the most important religious sanctuary in Brazil, the Shrine of Our Lady of Aparecida. Visit the Sanctuary. Holy Mass. Free time for shopping. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5

Breakfast. Holy Mass. Free time for individual prayers in the sanctuary. Early dinner. Travel to Paraty. Accommodation.

Day 6

Breakfast. Boat tour along the beautiful bays and beaches of the Brazilian coast. In the afternoon, free time for individual strolls to discover the unique colonial city center of Paraty. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7

Breakfast. Travel to Rio the Janeiro. Accommodation in the Copacabana or Ipanema neighborhood close to the beach. Dinner and overnight. 

Day 8 

Breakfast. Tour of Rio, the city famous for its carnival, beautiful landscapes and beaches. We take the funicular to the top of Corcovado, where the monument of Christ the Redeemer towers over the city. Great views of the city from here. Transfer to the city center to visit the Metropolitan Cathedral of St. Sebastian, among others. Take the cable car to the top of the Sugarloaf to see the city of Samba lying between the mountains and the ocean. Dinner and overnight.

Day 9

Breakfast. Until noon, free time to rest and enjoy the beach. Transfer to the airport to take the flight back home.
