MIRACLES OF NATURE: POLYNESIA, BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, CHILE

ITINERARY

Day 1 

Arrival to Rio de Janeiro. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation. 

Day 2 

Breakfast. Tour of the city famous for its carnival and the beautiful location. We take the funicular to the top of Corcovado, where the monument of Christ the Redeemer is towering over the city. Great views of the city from here. Transfer to the city center and sightseeing of St. Sebastian, the famous Maracana football stadium and the Sambodrome where the carnival takes place, among others. We take the cable car to the top of the Sugarloaf, to see the city of samba lying between the mountains and the ocean. Dinner and overnight. 

Day 3 

Breakfast. Free time in one of the most famous beaches of the world - Copacabana. In the afternoon transfer to the airport to take a flight to Buenos Aires. Dinner and accommodation.  

Day 4 

Breakfast. Tour of Buenos Aires, visiting Plaza de Mayo - the oldest public square in Buenos Aires, the Cathedral,?the pink house with the balcony where Evita Peron spoke, the Congress building, Santa Fe Av., San Telmo where tango was born, July 9 Avenue - the widest avenue in the world with its famous Obelisco. Free time to stroll or go shopping. Optional tango show in the evening. Dinner and accommodation.? 

Day 5 

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for a flight to Santiago (Chile). After arrival we have the city tour: Plaza de Armas, Cathedral, Main Post Office building, Plaza de la Constitucion y Plaza de la Libertad, la Moneda palace. A representative ride along the main street, to see the most important buildings: the Government Palace, University, National Library, among others. Visit the church of St. Francis. A short stay on Saint Lucia's Hill and a ride to Saint Christopher's Hill. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 6

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport and flight to Easter Island. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation. After arrival, a trip to the picturesque Rano Kau volcano and to the historical buildings of Orongo. For those willing to walk, a visit to the town of Hanga Roa and to one of the most photographed sites - Ahu Tahai. Dinner and overnight. 

Day 7  

Breakfast. Visit of the Rapa Nui National Park, to admire the famous statues carved in the rock - maoi and to have a walk on the volcano Rano Raraku - the stone for making the statues was mined from here we can see many statues that were partially carved in the volcanic rock and abandoned during transport. Transfer to the magnificent Anakena beach with the possibility of swimming in the crystalline waters of the Pacific. Lunch-box during the trip. Transfer to the airport and departure to the paradise island of Polynesia. Arrival. Transfer to the hotel in Papeete. Accommodation.

Day 8 

Breakfast. Safari on the largest island of Polynesia - Tahiti. Transfer to the viewpoint, where we find a magnificent view of Papeete and the neighboring island of Moorea. Drive to the center of the island along the Papenno river valley. Admiring the wonderful waterfalls, cascades, valleys, and lush tropical vegetation. Until we reach the place, that in the remote geological past was a crater of the volcano. Return for dinner and overnight to the hotel.? 

Day 9 

Breakfast. Stroll to the place where the ferry leaves to the wonderful island of Moorea. We navigate to the island and have a trip around the island admiring the wonderful views of the Cook Bay and the Bay of Opunohu. Access to the Belveder observation point. During the tour, we learn about the ways of growing vanilla and pineapples, which makes the islands of Polynesia famous. Return by ferry to Tahiti. Dinner and overnight.

Day 10 

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport and fly to the famous island Bora-Bora, where the greatest music and film stars come on vacation. Transfer to the hotel. Free time to enjoy the beautiful beaches and the turquoise ocean. Dinner and overnight. 

Day 11 

Breakfast. Free time until noon. For those interested, half-day water safaris combined with snorkeling in coral reefs, feeding sharks and a visit to the lagoonarium (about 120 USD) Transfer to the airport and departure to Tahiti, and then to Santiago in the night. (Sunday/Monday) 

Day 12 

Breakfast in the plane. After arrival, transfer to the hotel near the airport and accommodation.  

Day 13 

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take a flight to Buenos Aires and then to Iguassu Falls. Dinner and accommodation.  

Day 14 

Breakfast. Wander along numerous cascades located in the heart of the jungle on the Argentinian side: the Devil's throat, Bosetti, Two Sisters, Saint Martin, Brotherhood, among others. We have a folkloric dinner in the evening. Accommodation.

Day 15 

After breakfast, a trip to the Iguazu waterfalls and sightseeing from the Brazilian side. Admiring this miracle of nature lying on the border of three countries in the middle of the jungle. In the early afternoon, transfer to the airport and fly to Sao Paulo and then flight back home.
